QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Joint application Design, Design Specifications, Functional Requirements Development and Requirements Traceability Mgmt.
• Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) and working as a client liaison for SNAP/TANF/CCAP/LIHEAP programs.
• Experience interacting with business users to identify their needs, gathering requirements & authoring Business Requirement Documents across the deliverables of a project.
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

• Develop, update, and maintain functional design documents throughout the Scrum process, including discovery, sprints, and testing phases.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives; document and present the current ‘as-is’ system processes to the Scrum team.
• Collaborate with functional and Integrations testers to review and approve test cases to ensure complete coverage.
• Support functional testing onshore (as required) based on need, including but not limited to Production data and file access.
• Collaborate with the Integration and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) teams to address any issues or discrepancies, and relay pertinent information back to the team for resolution and improvement.
• Monitor cross-team and cross-agency tasks/impediments and assist respective owners in tracking them for timely resolution.
• Analyze and report on business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the process.
• Develop essential artifacts such as meeting minutes and requirement specifications, ensuring clear documentation of discussions.
