Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, reporting to the Director of Global Service Delivery and to the Manager of Medical and Security Assistance Services Insights and Analytics the main focus of the role is to support the overall management information, data analysis, reporting and insights for the global and EU government services programs to enable management teams to make informed data driven decisions, performance manage service delivery and enable a profitable business solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extract, transform, analyse and share data with business stakeholders and other colleagues as needed.
  • Proactively analyse data and identify value-adding trends and insights that can be highlighted to business stakeholders (relative to service delivery performance, utilisation, opportunities for business process optimisation etc., act as a trusted data partner.
  • Develop and manage information to support decision making.
  • Develop and design proposed solutions that automate the construction of accurate reports used by analysts and management.
  • Design reports, digital dashboards and presentations using the latest commercial and financial presentation techniques and layouts.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI and SQL dashboards to address reporting and analytics needs.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the service delivery team and develop automation solutions and analytics dashboards
  • Create project plan to develop the automation/analytics solutions.
  • Support the team in KPI (Key Performance Indicators) modelling layouts, analysis and projects.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of MSAS data and processes to ensure data accuracy, help drive data analysis business logic and educate business users and colleagues on the same.
  • Act as subject matter expert of VBA MDE data towards other stakeholders
  • Support the continuous improvement, maintenance, standardisation and consolidation of the VBA MDE reporting framework (i.e: perform data reconciliation, identify business logic changes, identify reports requiring decommissioning or non-standard tools that could be standardised etc.)
