Intuvie has a track record of bringing impactful innovations to the healthcare industry ? namely in the area of infusion therapies. We provide both large volume and ambulatory infusion pumps, as well as connectivity software that improves clinician productivity.
GENERAL SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS). While familiarity with our specific technology stack (Rootstock ERP and Greenlight Guru QMS) is beneficial, we prioritize candidates with strong business analysis skills and domain knowledge in the medical device industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of ERP and QMS processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Rootstock ERP and Greenlight Guru QMS is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality and Finance to gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP and QMS processes.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive system enhancements.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.
Assist in system validation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
Provide end-user training and documentation as needed.
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
