Location: Montreal HO Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile real-time data for project development,
- Coordinate with stakeholder and resources from the required business functions
- Collaborate with our external partners and be accountable for the internal executions.
- Build and map the new processes as per the project recommendations.
- Collect users feedback and concerns through workshops.
- Use appropriate tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
- Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the project Management team
- Ability to translate business and compliance processes into technical requirements.
- Have a proven experience with HR functions and processes.
- Have a proven experience within programme including compliance and TI .
- Experience on corporate project within manufacturing companies
- Good communication skills (French and English ) Bilingual
