Duration of mandate: 6 - 9 months
Location: Montreal HO Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)

Resource : Business analyst (Bilingual French)

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and compile real-time data for project development,
  • Coordinate with stakeholder and resources from the required business functions
  • Collaborate with our external partners and be accountable for the internal executions.
  • Build and map the new processes as per the project recommendations.
  • Collect users feedback and concerns through workshops.
  • Use appropriate tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
  • Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the project Management team
  • Ability to translate business and compliance processes into technical requirements.
  • Have a proven experience with HR functions and processes.
  • Have a proven experience within programme including compliance and TI .
  • Experience on corporate project within manufacturing companies
  • Good communication skills (French and English ) Bilingual
