SOME OF THE SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis within a project led environment
• Experience in supporting large scale, complex projects
• Previous analytical and problem-solving experience within a large business.
• Involvement in end-to-end user acceptance testing
• High level written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in HR, Finance, or Supply chain domains highly regarded

• Gather and document business and system requirements from business and IT stakeholders for projects & initiatives
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE Business process documentation
• Provide insight to the architecture team to support with project work
• Support the development of business cases on identified initiatives
• Develop UAT test cases and support user acceptance testing post implementation
