JOB DESCRIPTION:

JSL Technologies is seeking an experienced, confident, and insightful Business Analyst at our headquarters in Oxnard, CA. The successful candidate will partner with the Logistics Program Manager to assist in driving contract execution by analyzing, monitoring, and controlling the business, financial, and contract deliverable requirements as well as influencing decisions through daily interaction with the Program Manager, Division Director. Further, the successful candidate will apply their analytical skills to further company business strategic initiatives and monitor company financial goals through program and profit analysis.
Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with MS Office, with emphasis in MS Excel
  • Proven analytical background
  • An active DOD Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience working and collaborating with customers
  • Experience generating process documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree or three years experience supporting USG contract business in a related field (Admin, Security, Finance, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with USG contract financials, eCRAFT reporting, or other CDRL delivery management
  • Experience working with and briefing senior leaders, both corporate and USG customer
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Business Analysts professional accreditation desired
