HOW WOULD YOU HELP US FACILITATE NEXT-LEVEL SUPPORT OF OUR COMMERCIAL SYSTEMS TO FUEL OUR GLOBAL EXPANSION?
Keepit is looking for a Business Analyst to help us ensure smooth processes and support the implementation of innovative commercial systems.
We are growing fast as a company and are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. With our expansion across the globe and the growth of our sales teams in all regions, we need to ensure that our innovative solutions and commercial systems operate efficiently. This requires next-level commercial support and effective software management to facilitate smooth user onboarding and offboarding processes. Therefore, we seek a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our global Revenue Operations team.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the scoping and implementation of new solutions to meet organizational needs in optimizing our Salesforce environment, which integrates with various other commercial systems. Your responsibilities will involve managing the queue, leading the scoping & testing, and supporting the commercial systems team to ensure smooth operation and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the scoping and implementation: You will help lead the analysis of business requirements to propose innovative and feasible technical solutions that align with organizational objectives, clearly defining project scope and success criteria.
- Supporting commercial systems: As a Business Analyst you will be providing frontline support for commercial systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Managing software licenses: Efficiently managing software licenses, ensuring compliance, optimal utilization, and conducting regular usage reviews for optimization.
- User Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and de-provisioning.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): you will be coordinating and executing UAT processes to ensure software products meet end-user requirements and expectations.
- Planning, Process Mapping, and Documentation: We look for a Business Analyst who can facilitate the internal collaborative planning process, including Asana planning, documentation, process mapping, and communication to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to our Vice President of Revenue Operations, Jesse Morris. We offer flexible work conditions and take pride in being an equal opportunity employer, recognizing how being a diverse workplace strengthens our product, customer relationships, and work culture.
