For our Business Development team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a motivated
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Business Development team, you will:
- Develop, execute and continuously improve strategic plan for the retail banking business in South Eastern Europe
- C onduct market research in the retail banking sector incl. internal & external benchmarking across countries to identify best practice
and specific opportunities for the local banks
- L ead and facilitate collaboration between holding and countries on key initiatives specifically working with the in- country teams
including sales, marketing, IT, product development and risk
- Define and implement common KPI Tracking & Reporting across all countries
- Gather and prioritise technical requirements to remain competitive in market
