About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Measure store (retail) and partner (wholesale) performance: track daily, weekly and monthly trends and provide forecast recommendations
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), discounts and identify sales trends
  • Identify and track sales opportunities based on sales trends and promotional strategies
  • Perform sales analysis activities to assist at the strategic, operational and organizational level
  • Create, update, analyze and distribute reports as required
  • Forecast cost above NNS (discounts, rebates, returns) and gross margin for both wholesale and retail
  • Communicate results in a clear and concise format including fact-based recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy of sales/master data and monthly rolling forecasts (RFC)
  • Responsible for monthly updates and analysis of Sales/Forecast data for Monthly business reviews (MBR) and Budget
  • Reports to Head of Finance DACH

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, controlling, data analytics)
  • Minimum 3 years working in retail and wholesale commercial (business) controlling
  • Excellent in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, hlookup’s, SUMIF’s, complex and nested formulas, chart creation, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions and implications
  • Tremendous attention to detail, self-initiative
  • Well organized, able to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work in team-based environment with strong orientation to constituency service.
  • Excellent written, listening and communication skills (English, German)
