KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role with employees >100.
- Experience managing digital and data projects and applying project management best practice
- Proven experience implementing complex technical solution projects
- Experience with rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management experience, a clear communicator with the ability to build relationships.
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer service
- A professional, confident and self-assured person with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and apply learnings to improve project success
- Ability to effectively engage subject matter experts and understand technical topics
- Experience in working in a high-performance team
- Ability to work flexible hours

The Business Analyst is a permanent, full-time position based in our Lidcombe office with the opportunity for remote working. Strong candidates from Brisbane will also be considered. The successful candidate must be available for interstate travel.

Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Directly reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, the Business Analyst will work across all segments of Maas Group for all internal business excellence activities to people, processes and systems. This role will work closely with Business Unit leaders to progress strategic initiatives that support profitability and scalability of their businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and analyse critical information and data, eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional (technical) requirements
- Discover primary business objectives by analysing processes, technologies and systems
- Business process mapping: Provide clear, concise project plans and effectively manage them
- Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and identify areas of improvement by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
- Utilise excellent communication skills to manage expectations, maximise output and present critical information
- Identify areas of improvement by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions which are to be reported back to stakeholders
- Assist the business with financial transformation, driving process improvement initiatives
- Support the change management framework
