Description:

Join our Commodities and Global Markets group as a Functional Support/ Business Analyst. You will be part of a collaborative and energetic team that develops and maintains Macquarie’s commercial lending system.

What role you will play?
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand how financial and regulatory outputs are sourced, then partner with technology teams to deliver fit for purpose solutions. You will lead the charge with Business requirement gathering, supporting stakeholder discussions, creating functional designs and product configurations and assist in project specification documentation, testing and release management. You will also be responsible for supporting the production of critical data feeds for our existing customer base including triaging functional issues to maintain high levels of service.

What you offer

  • 2-3 years business analyst experience preferably in the banking and finance sector
  • Experience working with accounting and financial systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define efficient solutions based on input from stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including strong influencing and relationship management capabilities
  • Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering with business stakeholders and technical experts.
