Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Will coordinate and lead the process to implement business and technical solutions
- Is expected to consultant with customers to identify and plan for the implementation of businesssolutions
- Lead, execute and manage the implementation of the Portal with assistance of Business Owner,PM in agreement with Stakeholders
- Consults with customers to identify service and information needs delivered through the portal
- Plans and implements the delivery of Portal services in consultation with customers, ITdepartment and external vendors.
- Manages the content of the Portal to ensure adherence to security while meeting the needs ofcustomers with support of “security officer.
- Coordinate and lead the business solution process
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs andrequirements.
- Identifies and reviews deliverables required by customers and communicates to project team.
- Recommends any risk on projects.
- Facilitates effective team and client meetings
- Holds regular status meetings with project team.
- Communicates relevant project information to superiors and clients as needed with assistance ofPM and regional communication manager
- Support to Operation team to resolves issues
- Communicates difficult and/or sensitive information tactfully.
- Establishes effective relationships and manages the day-to-day interaction with vendors.
