mdf commerce Inc . is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.
Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at k-eCommerce .

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES LOOK LIKE?

In this role, you will be led to:

• Work closely with key client stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand, analyze and assess their requirements and inputs, facilitate discussions, and suggest the best practice solution framework to address their needs.
• Prepare estimates and critical paths to meet objectives, deadlines, budget and quality deliverables.
• Document clients’ requirements to obtain their approval.
• Identify and manage all project dependencies, mitigate risks and plan contingency measures.
• Coordinate with development, quality assurance (QA) and support teams to ensure that clients’ requirements and delivery deadlines are clearly defined.
• Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to properly manage the client relationship and deliverable expectations.
• Review the client’s solution for completeness, usability and compliance with requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training to our clients.

WHAT ELEMENTS OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND WILL BE NECESSARY AND USEFUL IN THIS ROLE?

You have:

• Experience in project management.
• Experience within software as a service (SaaS) company.
• Experience with clients’ integration.
• Strong listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Experience as a business analyst in the field of enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in research and documentation.
• Confidence and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Extensive experience of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of software applications and work experience within a software development environment.
• University degree in software development and/or project management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business Analysis in a software environment.
