QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as an MDM Business Analyst, preferably with a strong background in the public sector.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Experience with data integration tools, preferably MuleSoft, for integrating MDM solutions with other systems.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of industry-specific data standards and regulations (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
• Certification in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or related technologies.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Analyst- MDM, you will be critical in gathering and analyzing business requirements for MDM initiatives. You will design MDM solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of MDM solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyse business requirements for MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and data governance policies.
• Design and document MDM solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud, including data models, data quality rules, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of MDM solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, profiling, and mapping activities to identify data quality issues and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in the testing and validation of MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing MDM solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging MDM and data management technologies.
