he role:
he Produc Business Analys is a key role wi hin he Whi e Label Credi Cards Produc eam which si s wi hin he Ci i-branded & Whi e Label Cards & Loans division of Na ional Aus ralia Bank.
he posi ion is responsible for suppor ing he Whi e Label Credi Card produc s and involves working closely wi h our produc eam and in ernal s akeholders o suppor produc programs ha will drive cus omer and revenue grow h. Adherence o Con rols Framework (including regula ory and con rac ual compliance) is an in egral par of he role.

he role and Day o day will include:

• Unders anding and analysing business processes and procedures o implemen Produc ini ia ives for Whi e Label Credi por folio
• Performing business es ing o assess impac and feasibili y of Produc ini ia ives such as APR and Fees changes, Rewards program se up and o her changes requiring parame er se up or main enance.
• Working wi h differen s akeholders such as DM and echnology eam o suppor implemen a ion of Produc changes/s ra egies
• ransla ing business requiremen s and concep s in o echnical informa ion for ech and Da a eam’s unders anding
• Suppor ing produc eam o perform issue inves iga ion ha requires analysis of sys em behaviour and valida ing sys em parame er se up
• Documen ing new produc s and/or changes o exis ing produc s, ensuring smoo h business implemen a ion during launch process
• Iden ifying and repor ing gaps be ween sys em parame er se up and business requiremen s

Skills and experience:

• S rong experience as a business analys in Financial Services indus ry
• Good unders anding of Unsecured Lending and Credi Cards indus ry
• S rong organisa ional and ime managemen skills o manage mul iple projec s and priori ies.
