Description:
Your roleLead and proactively investigate and analyse business activities to support technology solutions, confirm business processes, current state and future state, co-design and ideate improved processes, functions or solutions. Collaborate with business SMEs to capture business knowledge and conceptualise solutions to underpin delivery of optimisation or digital transformation activities for MAIS-Q.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work effectively in a cross functional team, contribute to development, organisational change and business improvements by optimising business efficiency, participating in test and learn pilots or MVP solutions, design and test system features, and deliver iterative improvements.
Collaborate with the business in a consultancy role. Utilise appropriate strategies to gather business requirements, deliver analysis outcomes, validate and resolve problems. Develop clear and concise requirements and documentation including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and functional specifications in the context of an Agile program to deliver clear, unambiguous, and testable requirements.
Support and assess the eligibility of interim and/or lifetime applications that includes thorough and collaborative decision making and assessment of all aspect of a participant’s medical evidence for interim eligibility.About youTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong commitment to shared values, and a broad skillset that includes:

- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills. Approach negotiations with a strong grasp of the key issues. Understand the desired business-driven objectives and associated strengths and weaknesses.
