POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a talented NEC (Northgate) Housing Management System Specialist to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our NEC (Northgate) housing management system to ensure seamless operations and enhance service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience working with NEC (Northgate) housing management systems is essential.
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform system configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant qualifications in IT, housing management, or a related field are preferred.

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the NEC (Northgate) housing management system.
