THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking a talented individual, with sector experience in higher education, government or commercial operations, as a Business Analyst (non-technical). This role is temporary is nature, which requires candidates with immediate availability to commence. The role will see you taking responsibility across exciting projects, for future process mapping for the shared services university team.
- Analyse business trends, research activities and reporting, recommended initiates for innovations and efficiencies
- Preparing business maps, and consultation on findings,
- Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and networks,
- Working alongside service designers, continuous improvements experts and SME’s,
- Ensuring all project activities proceed with success and to designated timeframes and quality standards,
- Any ad-hoc tasks where required.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Prior experience in a BA role, experience in higher education with be highly regarded,
- A strong acumen, with business mapping experience using Miro and Microsoft Visio,
- Qualification as a LEAN practitioner, or in LEAN six sigma
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
