ABOUT YOU
You will have a proven track record (2+ years) as a Business Analyst with expertise in process evaluation, requirements gathering and facilitation. You will be a self-motivated team player and a constant driver of improvement. You will also demonstrate:
- An outcomes-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Strong change management and relationship-building capability
- A proactive approach, tackling challenges head-on and seeking solutions
- A clean, full NZ Driver License with a willingness to travel
- Familiarity with Works and Resource Management and experience in similar industries (Civil, Electricity, Construction or Maintenance Contracting) would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Analyst Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for providing digital-focused business analysis to our Contracting business from our Whangarei or Auckland office locations. This role will see you liaising with and providing business partnership services between the Business and Digital teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Deliver business analysis with a primary focus on digital enhancement for our Contracting operations
- Build collaborative relationships between our Business and Digital teams
- Analyse, refine, and align systems and processes with our strategic visions
- Document user requirements, propose system modifications or enhancements, and discover opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with all levels of the organisation, playing a key role from system evaluation to post-implementation support
