As a Business Analyst in Operations, you will be handling business requirements from Business to Development with support of external systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive understanding of wire payments including local and international rails (familiarity with FPS, SEPA and SWIFT) and other types of transactions including card payments and internal transfers
  • Understanding of card operativity of both VISA and Mastercard schemas and familiarity with use cases across the product spectrum
  • Familiarity with AML and Transaction Monitoring processes
  • Banking and Fund risk management
  • Understanding of how customer support is working, although no exact customer support job should be done (no direct communication with customers is required, but CS specialists will come with requirements)
  • Understanding of reconciliation processes and being able to aid in streamlining such processes or reducing need for manual intervention
  • Familiarity with API documentations and SDKs and ability to identify their differences during the development stage
  • Previous experience of internal system integrations with external platforms/services and SaaS solutions
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive and problem solving approach
  • Good understanding of prioritisation of tasks and importance of issues
  • Ability to see the full scope of tasks before development starts

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high quality business analysis pages from requirements gathered by Business to be adopted by Developers during integration phases
  • Manage both external vendor systems as well as internal built platforms for improvements and introduction of new features/functionalities including:
  • Core Banking Systems with orchestration capabilities
  • Transaction Monitoring Systems
  • Payments/Card processors and Merchant Acquirers
  • Basic tokenization and SSO/whitelisting of new integrations
  • Maintaining up to date Operational documentations
  • Closely collaborating with the COO on the business development side and Product Manager on the technical development side
