BUSINESS ANALYST OPERATIONS MANAGER
*This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. *
The Business Analyst Operations Manager will provide Business Operations Support (BOS) to the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQs) Army GEOINT Office (AGO) in Ft. Belvoir, VA and lead a team of a Business Analyst Business Manager, Business Analyst Technical Writer, Executive Assistant and an IT Systems Engineer. The Business Analyst Operations Manager will provide support that includes organizational and change management, program and project management, performance metric development, risk management, administrative and executive assistance and acquisition support including enterprise software license maintenance/management.
BUSINESS ANALYST OPERATIONS MANAGER EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUESTED:
- Minimum of BS/BA degree in operations management or related field
- U.S. Army officer or senior NCO military intelligence experience required, GEOINT experience preferred
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalCI polygraph required within 90 days of starting work
Responsibilities:
- Provides planning and strategic support in managing operations to improve reliability and agility of the organization.
- Assists the Government in planning, executing and maintaining programs and projects across the enterprise.
- Ensures operations, processes and procedures are implemented to improve the efficiency of the organization.
- Assists in development of GEOINT-related Strategic Plans, Army Campaign Plans, Army Intelligence Master Plans, Organizational Structure Development, Force Modernization, Status Reports, GEOINT and GEOINT IT Logistics, GEOINT and GEOINT IT governance documents and other Command required planning activities. Collaborates and coordinates with stakeholders to identify relevant information that needs to be submitted and data to be analyzed.
- Assists requiring activities to identify funding shortfalls in complex contract actions.
- Assists requiring activities to identify current and projected staffing levels in complex contract actions.
- Assists requiring activities to implement improvements to the contract monitoring process.
- Assists requiring activities in producing Milestone Reviews.
- Uses Microsoft 365 to perform intermediate skill level tasks using the Microsoft 365 applications Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Develops and maintains automated systems to collect, track and create reports that visualize desired metrics.Performs other job related duties as assigned
