REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience in an Operations position with strong data analysis skills
• Experience on assessing customer needs and translating them into actionable initiatives
• Ability to work well individually, within a cross functional team.
• Intermediate English
• Proficiency in SQL

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help the operations team to filter and analyze data in a consistent and scalable way
• Assist other members of the operations team to implement improvements and develop solutions
• Generate reports and queries that guide decision-making and operations team actions
• Implement operations activities to assist with the achievement of PayJoy monthly targets
• Make actionable recommendations about how to improve outcomes based on data analysis and a deep understanding of how our product works
• Use SQL to extract and manipulate data that underpins your recommendations (we are very data-driven)
