Business Analyst

Analyse user stories, use cases, and requirements to assess their validity and feasibility. Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard techniques and tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management principles and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of business process modelling and workflow tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus, NOT MANDATORY.
• Knowledge in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core (Razor, Web API) frameworks, SQL Server, Java Script and React would be advantageous, NOT MANDATORY.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework would be advantageous, NOT MANDATORY.
