Description:

Our client is a leader in the financial services industry, dedicated to leveraging data and technology to enhance customer experiences. The ‘Customer & Data’ domain focuses on personalization, fraud prevention, and advanced analytics to drive customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities. The ‘Fraud & 1:1 Analytics’ area continually evolves to deliver hyper-personalized solutions, ensuring a secure and tailored experience for each customer. Join a dynamic team committed to innovation and excellence in the rapidly changing financial landscape.
We are looking for an IT business analyst with a focus on designing solutions and capabilities on the personalization track within the area of ‘Fraud & 1:1 Analytics’.
The IT Business Analyst is a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You make complex changes happen within and across tribes (areas) and/or domains (departments). Your holistic view as well as your knowledge and understanding of both Business and IT are crucial in the translation of requirements into features and capabilities. You define and align the roadmaps between squads, tribes and/or domains and thoroughly manage dependencies.
Within the area ‘Fraud & 1:1 analytics’, residing within the domain Customer & Data, we are always improving our personalisation track, like: hyper personalisation and cross selling. As a IT Business Analyst you will define the improvement journeys and select the right technical capabilities and/or solutions and how to position it within the existing architecture. You will conduct thorough analysis on the (IT) systems, processes and technical dependencies and collaborate with and manage dependencies between squads, tribes, and domains.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis on the IT application and processes that are in scope of personalisation.
  • Translate, analyse, and design new products and services needs into requirements for the IT landscape (blueprint).
  • Define and implement detailed, step-by-step plans(roadmaps) on feature level (milestones) and contribute and guide on Epic (project) level together with involved squads, product owners, leads and feature engineers.
  • Ensure stakeholders are sufficiently informed to support their decision making and prioritization.
  • You guide and challenge the development engineers when making implementation choices.
  • Support squads, tribes and domains in prioritizing while ensuring (technical) dependencies are shared and understood.
  • You collaborate and reach out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed.
  • You will be part of a chapter together with other feature engineers. Within the chapter you will develop your skills, share experiences, and guide or give input on help requests from your peers.
