Description:
This role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and processes to support the delivery of product development strategy and organisational goals.

As a Business Analyst for our Technology team, you will contribute to functional solution design of proposed features and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer and working closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams to communicate and define requirements.
With a commitment to innovation, you will work to drive improved customer and business process outcomes by providing sound analytical insights to help guide MTF Finance’s product development to the future.
This role is based in our National Office in Dunedin, so you must be located in Dunedin or willing to relocate.
DESIRABLE:
- Financial Services experience
- Agile facilitation skills.
- Be able to create and maintain applications, system documentation and product development artifacts.
