Business Analyst On behalf of our client in the Retail Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst. Business Analyst - Job Description

• Business Analysis and Data Management
• Manage data files, conduct reconciliations, and perform analysis using data
• Understand business requirements and provide in-depth analysis
• Data Analysis and Problem Solving
• Maintain knowledge of all main data sources and classifications for the data used in the analysis
• Explore and utilize these data sources for reporting and analysis purposes
• Stakeholder Consultation and User Experience
• Provide stakeholders with analysis to address their needs
• Determine the best way to deliver the analysis requested by exploring multiple alternatives and creating prototypes.
• Data Interpretation and Visualization
• Work with various business units to define problems and requirements
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and data modeling techniques
• Identify patterns and trends in data and provide recommendations for business decisions
• Develop and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement
• Build scalable and automatable analytical solutions
• Identify ways to improve processes by observing and collecting feedback from requestors
• Analyze business processes and functional requirements with stakeholders for required system enhancements

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience and minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in advanced data analytics
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines
• Ability to map out complex operational processes
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to provide recommendations based on trends and opportunities
• Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, must be extremely detail oriented
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wireframing, PowerBI, SQL, Tableau
