Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experiences as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and discussions.
- Experience with relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience in a start up environment is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are preferred.
