ENTRY-LEVEL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any affinity or previous experience in IT (SQL, PHP, etc.).

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work in an Agile team and function in sprints.

AUTONOMY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure detailed analysis of IT issues related to internal projects and the integration of external components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform tasks inherent to the role as outlined below.
• Document work following procedures and ISO standards.
• Adapt procedures and update team documentation in Confluence.
• Initiate or attend strategic and weekly operational reporting meetings.
• Relay information to management.
• Share knowledge with colleagues to cover potential absences.
• Demonstrate versatility and ensure backup training for at least one other role in the company, in agreement with the manager.
• Follow company values as outlined in the Quality, Environment, and Safety Charter and the general policy.

TASKS

• Analyze requests from various channels, both external and internal, based on established priorities.
• Establish and maintain communication among all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Convene, manage, and document meetings as needed for analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures throughout project development.
• Draft necessary documentation.
• Balance external commercial interests and internal interests when setting priorities.
• Align with end-users (clients/local teams).
