JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have Business Analyst experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in London? Our client is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Analyst, and the hybrid role comes with a salary of up to £50,000 p/a and excellent benefits.
As a Business Analyst, you will support the development of new, business-critical systems, both internal and customer-facing.

In your first few weeks in this Business Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Work with the business to define requirements
  • Analyse data sources and outputs to contribute to logical and physical modelling and prepare detailed specifications
  • Work with other Business Analysts to ensure best practice use of tools and techniques
  • Manage and support testing
  • Manage vendors to ensure they are delivering business value

To apply for this Business Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Experience within the publishing industry is required
  • Business Analysis professional certification, e.g. BCS Business Analysis Practice; BCS Requirements Engineering; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Ability to elicit and capture requirements, including chairing requirements workshops
  • Experience capturing workflows, both written and in BPMN/UML format
  • Experience in capturing, analysing and resolving data issues and translating these to IT changes for development
