Description:

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - DIVISONAL RESTRUCTURE

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for driving process improvements in enterprise environments? This property giant is looking for a dynamic individual like you to fill their Senior Business Analyst role, you’ll spearhead initiatives in business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and documentation preparation or an organisational restructure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in gathering requirements, process mapping, and preparing business cases.
  • Proficiency in Visio and O365 for document creation and visualization.
  • Ability to author reports, documents, and submissions for executive-level review and signoff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working within Property, Construction, or Service Delivery sectors is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with authoring submissions for EOI’s & RFT’s is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Business Analyst you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop comprehensive process maps, and construct compelling business cases. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering positive outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, particularly in the realms of Property, Construction, or Service Delivery environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and gather feedback.
  • Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, process maps, and business cases.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Program Manager to esure ensure seamless project execution.
  • Cultivate effective relationships to facilitate timely decision-making and meet project deliverables.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in crafting documents supported by measurable metrics.
  • Utilize your interpersonal and team management skills to foster productive working relationships.
