Description:

BUSINESS ANALYST, RIPA SPECIALIST

Within Business Implementation I Lux department the mission of the consultant consists to coordinate clients migrations in the scope of RIPA projects.

The Main tasks are the following:

  • Coordinates the different businesses (incl. support functions except the one listed after) in the implementation phase depending on the type of funds to be migrated and associated services to deliver
  • Coordinates clients’ migrations and flows set up
  • Monitors that set up of systems are done in due course
  • Checks that gaps are closed in due course
  • Monitors action log (macro tasks) + detailed list of actions before/ during and after the migration
  • Does a post-mortem after each migration wave
  • Does the aftercare coordination during 2 weeks after each migration
  • Plans Client Migration Set up Committee meetings and the operational workshops needed
