Are you a functional Business Analyst? Robert Half has a great opportunity available for detail oriented candidates who have experience in a function Business Analyst position. This role is with a company in the technology sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

Document current processes and develop SOPs working closely with the Operations function.
Work with various functional teams to set up new processes.
Highlight any process gaps and potential issues with the current state.
Support the transition of these processes to the shared service team based offshore.

THE CORE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

Looking for someone with experience in Business Process Design, that has worked in a capacity where they had to set up new process
Experience working with AR and Billing teams or Customer Operations would be beneficial
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Business process mapping and gap analysis experience desired
Effective communicator with the ability to work with various stakeholders
