Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, developing strategic plans, identifying process improvement opportunities, managing project timelines, and presenting your findings. Your ability to connect with others, understand their needs, and commit to delivering high-quality results will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate for this position brings experience in business analysis or a similar role. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, robust project management capabilities, strategic thinking prowess, and superior communication skills. Not your average BA position, this role will see you partnering and engaging with Stakeholders across the business to high level. You should feel confident being In front of people across all levels of the business and comfortable building partnerships. If your ideal position is too be sat at a desk for your day then unfortunately this position wouldn’t be a great fit for you.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the business sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manne
