Description:

The Bristan Group has partnered with Robert Walters Technology. They are keen to appoint a Business Analyst. You will be help drive business forward by analysing requirements, process and information systems.
As a Business Analyst, you will use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and bridge gaps across products, services and software. This is a critical role for their Transformation Programme and help navigate the changing business needs.
The role is based out of the Tamworth offices, offering a hybrid model, paying a salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits.

The Role: Business Analyst
As an experienced Business Analyst, you will report directly into the Transformation Director with skills in the following areas:

Duties: Business Analyst

  • Understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritise them.
  • Perform requirements analysis using various techniques, such as SWOT analysis, MOST analysis, mind mapping, PESTLE analysis, and brainstorming.
  • Interpret business requirements and simplify them for top management analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop solutions based on identified requirements and create change management proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure understanding of requirements and successful implementation.
  • Analyse and report data trends from multiple sources within the organisation to support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and transfer knowledge to project development teams.
  • Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Design and manage user acceptance testing.
  • Support project management, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
  • Update and implement processes and procedures, and provide necessary training to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to build business cases.

Experience: Business Analyst

  • Expertise in understanding and eliciting requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
  • Change management experience.
  • Knowledge of business processes and software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in research and technology.
  • Ability to present findings and insights to cross-functional teams and management.
