Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is an integral part of the Rectification workstream within the Holidays Act Programme, established to rectify breaches of the Holidays Act and ensure compliance in all associated policies, processes, and procedures. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing solutions, carrying out necessary work, and undertaking remediation activities. WHAT YOU BRING:

The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role brings a wealth of experience from previous roles in similar settings. With at least five years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a project delivery setting, you have honed your analytical skills and are adept at completing process mapping exercises. Your experience allows you to identify current state analysis and understand the ‘change gap’ between current and future states. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to establish and maintain strong relationships. You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ solid Business Analyst experience in a project delivery setting
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to complete process mapping exercises
  • Experience in identifying current state analysis to understand the ‘change gap’ between current and future state
  • Ability to think end-to-end and develop end-to-end processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify root causes
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s Rectification workstream. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with stakeholders, conduct gap analyses, develop business requirements, and document processes. You will also support UAT Testing and collaborate with the Programme Change Lead on business impact assessments. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of the Remediation work of the Programme. This role requires a high level of commitment, understanding, and sensitivity towards organisational challenges.

  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation
  • Conduct thorough current and future state gap analyses
  • Develop and document comprehensive business requirements
  • Complete process development and documentation suitable for diverse business audiences
  • Work collaboratively with the Programme Change Lead to complete business impact assessments
