Business Analyst

RS Group is currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team permanently. As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and engage with stakeholders across EMEA initially, focusing on delivering global projects in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Elicit, document, and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with other Business Analysts to advance the BA Practice.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate for this role would be a Business Analyst with a strong focus on customers and commercial aspects, as well as a background in Marketing, Sales, and Service process/technology systems.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:
