We’re seeking a motivated individual to help implement a new business continuity tool and drive positive change. Implementing the new Business Continuity Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the Group. Scope includes the capability to link disaster recovery into Business Continuity Plans and the overall configuration of the new SaaS system to align with Business Continuity processes.
Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for diving deep into business challenges, gathering insights, and ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the stakeholders. From conducting stakeholder interviews to managing the transition to the new tool, you’ll be at the forefront of their efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience with business continuity tools is a plus.
