We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Sales Support team at FIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background coupled with excellent communication skills to support our business and sales cadence effectively. This role offers the opportunity for career growth into a sales or account management position within the next 2-3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce RTH (Road to Home) analytics for sales and account management on a weekly basis to drive informed decision-making and executive reporting.
  • Prepare pipeline development dashboards for the sales leadership team to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep track of key metrics including close rates, funnel evolution, and forecasted deals to provide insights for strategic planning and executive reporting.
  • Prepare key transaction reporting and follow up on close plans updates on a weekly basis to ensure timely execution.
  • Generate the bi- monthly verbal forecast file per fee type / vertical at the sales manager level to support forecasting accuracy.
  • Coordinate the agenda for the monthly management meeting with the sales leadership team and guests to facilitate productive discussions.
  • Provide weekly management integration updates on acquisitions to ensure smooth integration processes.
  • Track sales Headcount budget and progress of recruitment efforts on a weekly basis to support resource planning.
  • Prepare quarterly wrap-up calls with all sales forces to review performance and discuss strategies for improvement.
  • Support the organization of sales off-sites on a quarterly basis to foster team collaboration and goal alignment.
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting key executives’ visits to Asia to strengthen client relationships and business opportunities.
