The project aims to develop an integrated application covering the end-to-end credit risk workflow.

SKILLS

Must have
Minimum 5 years experience as BA and/or Scrum Master in SW Dev projects
Hands on experience as Business Analyst in software development projects.
Hands on experience as Scrum Master in IT.
Good know how of SQL.
Good knowledge of Agile methodology.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Nice to have
Banking domain background

Able to cope with hybrid way of working - 2 days/week from client’s office in Bucharest Pipera.
Lead a scrum team of software and quality engineers creating software implementing priority initiatives
Partner with Product Owners and technology/quality management to ensure the consistent delivery of quality software each sprint
Coach a team of software and quality engineers to continually improve through retrospectives and the prioritization and application of learnings
Evaluate team dynamics to identify ways to deliver better and more consistently
Lead team through the use of standard Scrum ceremonies
Act as Business Analyst in developing new technology applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders to transform the Investment Bank Operations interactions.
Understand current state business process, challenges and work with business stakeholders and operations to define strategic solutions.
Organize working groups and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks
Prepare and document business requirements and user stories
Attend scrum ceremonies as required and involve in the Product Backlog refinement sessions for defining user stories with the team.
Agree test scenarios and conditions for signoff with stakeholders.
Contribute to the BA community with own experience and sharing of best practices and standards and mentor junior members.
