YOUR ROLE

Conduct business analysis activities to define, develop and implement a data privacy and protection program for the Society.

Drive the problem exploration and solution discovery phases by fulfilling the following responsibilities.

• Requirements discovery: Engage with business stakeholders to conduct discovery either through workshops or site visits to identify and classify records used during end-to-end business processes.
• Analysis and Research: Use analysis and research techniques as necessary to scope needs and challenges (e.g., questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming etc) relating to implementing privacy and records management requirements across both digital and paper records.
• Problem definition: Effectively identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed
