KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (BEHAVIORS):

Project Management

• Knowledge of project management concepts and methods
• Knowledge of typical project management documents (project plan, requirements and design documents, communications plans, test plans, etc.)
• Ability to create and maintain project schedules
• Ability to track project deliverables, track and resolve issues and ensure project completion within budget and schedule constraints

Business and Systems Analysis

• Knowledge of business and systems analysis concepts and methods
• Ability to assess business and systems models and document business processes

Communication

• Verbal and written communication skills, including customer service skills, strong independent judgement, and problem-solving techniques, planning, and directing the work of others
• Maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and encourage open communication with staff and within teams
• Encourage team members to keep a project moving forward while acknowledging and working through problem areas
• Ability to work with confidential information; and interpret laws, policies, and regulations

Technical

• Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to create professional documents, worksheets and emails, schedule meetings and maintain a calendar
• Ability to navigate in multiple software environments, including web-based applications across a variety of internet browsers
• Basic knowledge of computer software development methods
• Basic ability to query data in a database

Presentation

• Ability to vary presentation of material based on knowledge of audience

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field
• Three years of directly related experience
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
