KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (BEHAVIORS):
Project Management
- Knowledge of project management concepts and methods
- Knowledge of typical project management documents (project plan, requirements and design documents, communications plans, test plans, etc.)
- Ability to create and maintain project schedules
- Ability to track project deliverables, track and resolve issues and ensure project completion within budget and schedule constraints
Business and Systems Analysis
- Knowledge of business and systems analysis concepts and methods
- Ability to assess business and systems models and document business processes
Communication
- Verbal and written communication skills, including customer service skills, strong independent judgement, and problem-solving techniques, planning, and directing the work of others
- Maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and encourage open communication with staff and within teams
- Encourage team members to keep a project moving forward while acknowledging and working through problem areas

Technical
- Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to create professional documents, worksheets and emails, schedule meetings and maintain a calendar
- Ability to navigate in multiple software environments, including web-based applications across a variety of internet browsers
- Basic knowledge of computer software development methods
- Basic ability to query data in a database
Presentation
- Ability to vary presentation of material based on knowledge of audience
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field
- Three years of directly related experience
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
