The B2C Operations Department of EDP Comercial, leader in energy and energy efficiency services, intends to recruit for the Processes and Switching area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyze processes both quantitatively and qualitatively to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Design and implement transformation plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization;
• Develop analyses and reports tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities;
• Optimize and develop operational reports to support team activities and identify process gaps;
• Conduct data analysis to identify new automation solutions or process transformations;
• Propose and monitor KPIs, budget control, and contribute to the development of Business Plans;
• Support cross-functional management of B2C contracting processes;
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver tangible results through the implementation of improvement initiative.
