In this role you will:

embed the Agile delivery model within the Business Systems team, including chairing key ceremonies and meetings, and developing and refining policy and procedures for design, development, test and release practices

  • assist the development team in the delivery of a new IT system
  • support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the current VEU IT system
  • provide general business analyst support to business units to document and improve business processes outside the VEU IT systems.
  • POSITION DETAILSThe position is responsible for:
  • leading stakeholders in process/gap analysis, needs assessment and requirements gathering for new continuous improvement initiatives and projects
  • leading the implementation of new business processes, particularly within the Business Systems and Analytics team
  • assisting the development team in the delivery of the new IT system
  • conducting data analysis to understand and resolve system issues
