We are looking for a talented Business Analyst who will lead business analysis for Digital products and platforms and act as the key interface between the development teams and broader teams to deliver planned portfolio initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Feature Team Lead, you will:
- Partner with Product Owner and other stakeholders during discovery phase to obtain a good understanding of business needs and strategies, elicit business requirements using BA toolkits, which includes, workshops, discovery and brainstorming sessions, interviews, surveys.
- Engage with technical and business teams such as Architecture, Engineering and Feature Teams, Risk and Compliance to ensure technical solution meets business requirements, and impacts are well understood.
- Manage and maintain requirements (epics, features and stories) end to end ensuring teams have the right information, at the right amount detail and at the right time. You will own the backlog.
- Collaborate with feature team to plan and build products and feature to meet those needs and requirements.
- Ensure applications, platforms, products, and technology solutions are compliant to Tabcorp and industry regulations and standards and the delivered solutions are meeting the compliance obligations.
- Assist in release, change control, and goto market activities.
