Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, and providing valuable insights to support our investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, market research, and business strategy, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.
• Evaluate the financial performance and growth potential of target companies, identifying key drivers and risks.
• Assist in the due diligence process, gathering and analyzing relevant data to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal review and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, analyzing key metrics and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with investment team members to develop investment theses and strategies that align with our objectives and priorities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and operational optimization.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors, providing insights into portfolio performance and market trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skilled in conducting benchmarking and developing comprehensive business strategies for private equity clients. Strategic Analysis and Portfolio Optimization: Experienced in strategic analysis for optimal portfolio selection. Capable of spearheading Go-To-Market strategies for financial services clients across diverse geographies. Sector-specific Intelligence and Trend Analysis: Demonstrated ability to formulate investment theses by evaluating sector viability and identifying trends within the financial services landscape. Skilled in rigorous industry research techniques, including market sizing and competitive landscape assessments. Financial Analysis and Performance Evaluation: Proficient in financial analysis, ratio assessments, and benchmarking to support insightful investor reports. Experienced in tracking and assessing portfolio company performance against plans, contributing to compelling investor pitch decks. Strategic Management and Client Relations: Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts. Collaborative approach in working with senior leadership to implement eminence building strategies. Notable Projects and Deliverables: Experience in leading client engagements and delivering high-value solutions and reports, excellent English skills for reports Proven track record in conducting commercial due diligence for large PE firms and global investment banks, contributing to strategic decision-making. Ability to assess emerging trends impact and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. Proficiency in Database Utilization: Proficient in utilizing databases such as Pitchbook, Refinitiv, Factiva, and more for comprehensive research and analysis
