About the Client:

The Role:
As a Tech Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in their existing team, working closely with developers, architects, project managers, and their senior Product Manager. You will be responsible for defining and grooming requirements, validating and testing solutions, and working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with developers to answer questions and ensure smooth implementation
  • Validate and test requirements to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Assist in driving strategic initiatives under the guidance of the senior Product Manager
  • Be hands-on with Jira and Salesforce platforms

Requirements:

  • 1.5-5 years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in Jira and Salesforce is desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
  • Experience in digital space and comfortable with frontend UI and backend systems

Location and Benefits:
The position is based in Sydney, Australia, with the option for remote work. They offer a competitive salary range of $100k to $120k, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
