You will work closely with internal service providers for the delivery of improved processes, IT systems changes, customer services reporting, training and business change. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with the Three Waters and IT teams, along with other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and proper functioning of business intelligence systems and tools.
