DESCRIPTION:

1 Analyze and understand business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2 Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather and document user requirements.
3 Translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications that guide software development and implementation.
4 Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies and propose appropriate solutions.
5 Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making.
6 Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
7 Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
8 Provide end-user support and training, addressing questions and concerns related to system functionality.
Profile
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Functional/Technical Analyst or in a similar role for at least 5 years. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence is a plus.
