What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a high performing multi-disciplinary team across the Agile delivery life cycle. You will make a crucial impact on our business by designing solutions that are aligned with our roadmap strategy whilst being champions for our clients and user experience. Your analytical and structured approach will be instrumental in managing multiple inflight features at various stages of refinement and delivery cycle. You will take on a Human-Centred Design approach to understand user needs, behaviours, and challenges, and define test cases by conducting requirements gathering which include User Stories, Epics, acceptance criteria and use cases.

What you offer

  • Wealth Management experience and familiarity with capabilities such as trading, investments, superannuation, and tax
  • Exposure to product strategy, process models, system architecture, and change management frameworks and approaches
  • Ability to use and analyse data to drive decisions, requirements, quality metrics, and priorities
  • Familiarity of industry standard platform messaging, data flows and migration activities
  • Experience in data migration, including reconciliation and data mapping exercises
  • Ability to comprehend and document complex business rules
  • Strong ability in the use of SQL and familiarity with cloud-based technologies supporting AWS and GCP
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsHighly motivated, self-starter with an interest in platforms & regulatory compliance.
