Business Analyst (Wealth Management)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Convert features into smaller user stories and refines stories with the team, by capturing acceptance criteria.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation, ensuring definition of ready for development.
• Research questions from the team by reaching out to appropriate areas to gather information.
• Able to proficiency collect and keep information organized.
• Problem solving, analytical thinking and ability to adjust quickly to changes.
• Willingness to learn the different roles of the team, and to adjust story writing based on what the roles need.
• Able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Responsible for ensuring required data is filled out across systems (Jira, qTest, ServiceNow) that are used for metrics and reporting.
• Maintaining an understanding of in-progress work to help PO/TL adjust the work backlog if needed and what is ready for a release.
• BA with technology understanding
• Ability to run SQLs, application runs, participate and collaborate with stakeholders during testing and deployment activities.
• Translate the requirements into application specific backlog stories, create and groom stories for technical team.
• Experience in Agile projects, able to back up Scrum Master if required.

QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE:

• Financial/Engineering degree
• Should have 6-8 years of experience in Wealth Management/Investment banking domain.
• Good background of working in Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred.
